Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By placing an order for goods with Essential Cuisine Limited, you have accepted our terms and conditions.
We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address which you have provided. At this point the purchase contract is made and will be governed by these Terms and Conditions.
Prices
All prices shown are in Sterling (GBP). The goods are presently zero rated for VAT purposes but should VAT become payable it will be charged accordingly.
An additional charge will be made for postage and packing which will be notified at the time of ordering. (see Delivery and Shipping).
We reserve the right to alter prices from time to time. Prices confirmed at the time of ordering are fixed for that order.
Credit Card Security & Payments
Essential Cuisine Limited uses WorldPay and Streamline, a highly trusted and global leader in secure online payments, to process all payments.
All goods must be paid for at the time of ordering by credit or debit card. We accept the following cards :-
Maestro UK, Solo, Visa Debit, Debit MasterCard EEA, Visa Electron, MasterCard Credit, Visa Credit.
We reserve the right to add or withdraw cards from this list at any time.
All transactions are denominated in Sterling (GBP).
Order Acceptance
Essential Cuisine Limited reserves the right to decline your order at any time. If an order is declined after accepting payment your payment will be refunded to the card used for payment.
Privacy Policy
Essential Cuisine Ltd does not disclose, sell or distribute customer information to third parties.
Delivery & Shipping
We will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order to your door (in the UK ) within 3-5 working days of receipt.
However, whilst we will take all reasonable steps to track your order, we will not be under any liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver within this time-scale or on any particular day or date.
Should we not be able to deliver your order within a reasonable period of time, we will inform you and offer you the option of a refund.
Order Cancellation
Please inspect the goods and notify us promptly of any dissatisfaction with your order. We will refund the cost of any goods that do not meet with your reasonable satisfaction.
We shall refund, to the card used for payment, the full cost of the goods together with the cost of postage and packing.
International Orders
We do not usually accept orders from outside of the UK, however if you contact us at support@essentialcuisine.com we will try to assist you if at all possible.

Any customer complaints should be addressed to complaints@essentialcuisine.com
Legal Liability
These Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively subject to, governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of them and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
