Who Is Essential Cuisine?
Founded by Chef Nigel Crane in 1995, Essential Cuisine is now a major provider of a huge range of cooking products to restaurants throughout the UK.
However, given the lack of high quality powder stocks available to home cooks or foodies (although we prefer to call them home chefs!) , Nigel, along with a collection of other suitably nice folk decided to launch our home chef range in Oct 2011.
So following a very successful launch our stocks are now available in some of the countries leading farm shops, delis and butchers and have recieved fantastic reviews from home chefs, food mags, bloggers and just about anyone who has used them.
